Unidentified cirratulid 1
©Anne Hoggett: Tentacles of Unidentified cirratulid 1 emerging from the sand, away from base of reef slope near Coconut Beach, Lizard Island, about 24 metres depth. Tentacles vibrate when undisturbed and withdraw quickly into sand when disturbed. Thanks to Dr Pat Hutchings (Australian Museum) for confirming the family-level identification.
