Distinguishing features

A small translucent goby with internal alternating dark and white dashes, small brown spots on back and sides, white spots on lower sides, and with short slanting brown bars below the dorsal fins. Lizard Island specimens have a narrow vertical streak that "bleeds" from the top of the first dorsal fin into one of the short brown bars on the back.
