Distinguishing features

A bright green tree frog with a paler belly and lacking a conspicuous white stripe on the lower lip.

This species is sometimes recorded as Ranoidea caerulea.

This is one of only two frog species found at Lizard Island. The other, Litoria infrafrenata, grows larger and has a distinct white stripe along the lower lip.
