Photo of Animalia: Samoan Cardinalfish (species: Foa fo)

Foa fo about 3 cm long near Pidgin Point, Lizard Island. Away from base of reef in clump of fibrous algae, about 20 metres depth. Note characteristic white patches at anterior ends of dorsal and ventral fins.
