Photo of Animalia: species: Pavona cactus

Part of an enormous Pavona cactus colony on the S side of Big Vicki's Reef, Lizard Island, Oct 2017. This colony was damaged by cyclones in 2014 and 2015 and by the massive bleaching event in 2016. It is recovering well.
