  • Off second beach north of Coconut Beach

  • Marine specimens found at a depth between 22 m and 24 metres.

  • 100 specimens. (accurate to within 50)
  • specimens alive when found.
  • specimens alive at end of the observation process.
  • specimens left in natural environment.
  • The record does not indicate whether reproduction was occurring.

Only found one alive (by running had through sand) but there were lots of dead tests on surface of substrate, including recently dead ones with spines still attached.
