Comments

Dr Richard Willan (NT MUseum) notes that this species is a superb mimic of Phyllidiella species: "If this were a phyllidiid, it would have gills in the space between the foot and mantle ventrally". He also notes that the photographed specimen is the first record of the species from Australia.
